The survey reveals a strong shift toward 3BHK launches (43%) and a concentrated focus on the ₹1–3 Cr housing segment (38%), along with rising interest in senior living as 38% of developers plan to expand in this category. Developers across West India and NCR continue to show the highest confidence in future price growth, while 58% attribute their home-sales momentum to digital channels and online platforms.
