Hyderabad Housing Report - H1'26

CRE Matrix and CREDAI Hyderabad are pleased to present the Hyderabad Housing Report for H1 CY'26. Key insights reveal that Hyderabad recorded sales of 26,068 homes in H1 CY’26, with sales volumes declining 13% YoY, while the total value of homes sold stood at ₹52,913 Cr., making it India’s third-largest housing market by value. New launches reached a record 49,656 units, up 37% YoY, while the average ticket size increased by 10% to ₹2.03 Cr., reflecting a continued shift towards premium housing.
