A record 957 luxury homes were sold during H1 CY'26, while the last 12 months witnessed an all-time high of 1,699 luxury transactions, reflecting sustained demand for premium residences. The ₹20–40 Cr. segment continued its strong momentum with a 136% increase in sales compared to H1 CY'23, while Worli further strengthened its position as Mumbai's leading luxury micro-market, driven by a sharp rise in new launches and high-value transactions.
