Grade A India Warehousing Report Q1 CY'26

CRE Matrix & CREDAI National are pleased to present the Grade A India Warehousing Report – Q1 CY’26. India’s Grade A/A+ warehousing sector opened CY’26 on a strong footing, with leasing demand reaching 16.9 msf, outpacing new supply of 13.8 msf and resulting in an absorption-to-supply ratio of 1.2x. Vacancy declined to 8.0%, down 0.9% from Q1 CY’25, while the pan-India Grade A/A+ warehousing stock reached 416.2 msf. Pune and Bengaluru led the market, together contributing 46% of total demand and 44% of total supply additions, while the 3PL, manufacturing, and automotive sectors collectively accounted for 74% of total leasing demand during the quarter.
