Grade A India Warehousing Report Q2 CY'25

CRE Matrix & CREDAI National are pleased to present their Grade A India Warehousing Report for H1 CY’25. The first half of 2025 witnessed a record-breaking supply of new Grade A/A+ warehousing space, reflecting the sector’s rapid expansion to meet strong occupier demand. NCR and Pune emerged as the frontrunners, together accounting for 45% of the country’s total demand and 48% of supply during this period. Pan-India rentals rose by 13% year-on-year in Q2 CY’25, underlining the sustained growth momentum.
