CRE Matrix and JLL have partnered to release a report analyzing India’s GCC (Global Capability Centres) landscape with a deep-dive into cities, sectors and origins. The study found that there are 1790+ GCCs in India across 1400+ unique global occupiers. It also observed that 202.6 million sq.ft of Grade A stock was occupied by GCCs in the top 6 cities. The report believes that GCC is going to be central to any real estate strategy in India and is highly likely to emerge as the flag bearer of the entire business generated at the global GCC pitch.
