The ₹20–40 Cr. price segment saw a remarkable 138% growth compared to H1 CY’22, now capturing 23% of the market. A record 1,335 luxury units were sold in the past 12 months, marking the strongest 12-month performance to date. While Worli remained the top contributor, emerging micro-markets like Bandra West and Tardeo witnessed exponential growth.
