India Housing Report - May'25

Primary housing sales across India’s Tier 1 cities reached a record ₹6.7 lakh crore, with nearly 5 lakh homes sold — an 18% increase over FY’22. The average ticket size also surged by 66%, touching ₹1.35 crore, reflecting a growing demand for premium housing.
