Pune followed with ₹17,474 crore in sales and 32,090 units sold. Together, MMR and Pune accounted for over 60% of the total reported sales value across the covered Tier-1 cities.

NCR recorded ₹2,411 crore in residential sales during H1 2026. The region reported 6,054 homes sold across the covered market.
