According to the sale deed reviewed by CRE Matrix, the property has a carpet area of approximately 996 sq ft and includes one tandem car-parking space measuring around 240 sq ft.
The sale deed records the purchase consideration at ₹6.42 crore. In addition, Mali paid ₹32.12 lakh in stamp duty and ₹30,000 in registration charges.
How much of the purchase did the housing loan cover?
Mali financed most of the purchase through a housing loan from Indian Bank. The bank sanctioned a ₹5.78 crore loan on July 28, 2026, against the ₹6.42 crore purchase price.
As a result, the loan covers roughly 90% of the property’s purchase value. Mali will fund the remaining amount from her own resources, apart from the stamp duty, registration charges and other transaction-related costs.
