Indian singer Sonu Nigam has purchased two commercial units in Mumbai’s Andheri West. According to property registration data analysed by CRE Matrix, the properties are located in the Aston building at Sundervan Complex on Lokhandwala Road.
Deal Details
The transaction covers two commercial units on the first floor of the Aston building. Together, the units have a carpet area of 3,885.77 sq ft.
Nigam purchased the properties from Singular Health Private Limited for a total consideration of ₹16 crore. The transaction was registered on August 6, 2026, and attracted ₹96 lakh in stamp duty.
In addition to the two commercial units, the deal includes four car parking spaces in the stack parking system located in the basement.
The acquisition therefore combines office or commercial space with dedicated parking, adding to the overall value of the transaction.
Has Sonu Nigam Previously Bought Property in the Same Building?
Yes. The latest acquisition follows another commercial property purchase by Nigam in the same Aston building.
In the earlier transaction, Nigam purchased a 258 sq ft ground-floor commercial unit from Singular Health Private Limited for ₹1 crore.
That transaction preceded the latest ₹16 crore acquisition, bringing Nigam’s recent purchases in the building into focus.
What Does the Latest Acquisition Add to Nigam’s Commercial Property Portfolio?
The latest transaction significantly expands Nigam’s commercial space in the Aston building. While his earlier purchase involved a relatively smaller 258 sq ft unit, the latest deal covers nearly 3,886 sq ft across two units.
Moreover, the addition of four parking spaces gives the latest acquisition an added commercial utility. The back-to-back transactions also indicate Nigam’s continued interest in commercial real estate in Andheri West.
According to property registration data analysed by CRE Matrix, the transaction reflects another notable celebrity-linked commercial property deal in Mumbai’s western suburbs.
