Nigam paid a total consideration of ₹1 crore for the commercial property. In addition, the transaction attracted ₹6 lakh in stamp duty and a registration fee of ₹30,000.
As a result, the total disclosed transaction cost, including stamp duty and registration, stood at ₹1.063 crore. Based on the consideration value, the transaction works out to approximately ₹38,710 per sq ft of carpet area.
