Each of the three units has a carpet area of 1,511.15 sq ft, along with an 81.16 sq ft balcony. Combined, the apartments account for a total area of approximately 4,776 sq ft. The buyers have also secured six dedicated car parking spaces as part of the transaction. This is a premium add-on in Mumbai’s premium residential market.

The purchase has been structured across family members. Pooja Gurnani acquired one apartment, while her husband Hitesh Gurnani and her father Mohan Seoram Dadlani purchased one unit each.
The transactions were officially registered on April 21, 2026. The deal attracted a stamp duty of ₹2.16 crore and a registration fee of ₹90,000. Therefore, it reflects the high-value nature of the acquisition.
