South actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu has purchased a luxury duplex apartment in Hyderabad for around Rs 7.8 crore, according to documents reviewed by CRE Matrix, a real estate data analytics firm. The property is located at Jayabheri Orange County in the Ranga Reddy district of Telangana and was acquired from Nalla Preetham Reddy.
Duplex Apartment Spans Nearly 8,000 Sq Ft
The newly purchased duplex apartment has a total super built-up area of 7,944 sq ft. Out of this, 3,920 sq ft is located on the 13th floor, while 4,024 sq ft is spread across the 14th floor. The deal also includes six dedicated car parking slots, highlighting the premium nature of the property.

Samantha Expands Her Real Estate Portfolio
This Hyderabad purchase adds to Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s growing luxury real estate portfolio. Earlier, reports suggested that the actress had acquired a lavish sea-facing apartment worth around Rs 15 crore in the Mumbai suburbs.
The move places Samantha among several South Indian film stars investing in high-value residential properties in Mumbai and Hyderabad. Actress Rashmika Mandanna has also reportedly invested in premium residential real estate in Mumbai.
Bollywood Projects Drive Mumbai Shift
Industry reports indicate that Samantha’s increasing presence in Hindi entertainment projects has influenced her real estate investments in Mumbai. The actress is currently working on her second Bollywood project, directed by filmmaker duo Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K.
She will also appear alongside Varun Dhawan in the Indian adaptation of the series Citadel. Samantha is additionally preparing for the release of her upcoming film, Shaakuntalam.
