Majiwade Real Estate Market 2026: Prices, Trends and Future Outlook

Majiwade, located in Thane, has emerged as a prominent residential real estate destination, supported by its strategic location, established social infrastructure, commercial developments, and improving connectivity. Positioned at the junction of the Eastern Express Highway, Ghodbunder Road, and Nashik Highway, the locality offers access to employment hubs and everyday conveniences.

According to CRE Matrix’s Majiwade Market Research Report (October 2026), the locality has recorded substantial residential development since 2018. The report identifies 13,227 housing units across 34 RERA-registered projects.

The market’s performance reflects a combination of sustained buyer interest, evolving housing preferences, and property price appreciation. While new residential supply continues to enter the market, declining unsold inventory and a reduction in inventory overhang indicate improving market absorption. These trends, along with upcoming infrastructure developments, make Majiwade an important micro-market to watch in Thane’s residential real estate landscape.
