The apartment was owned by Amrita Pant, Milind Pant’s wife. The transaction was executed through a power of attorney, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix.

According to the documents accessed, the apartment spans nearly 6,500 sq ft. The original purchase price was around Rs 30,000 per sq ft in October last year. However, the latest resale transaction reflects a price of nearly Rs 40,000 per sq ft. This highlights the continued appreciation in Gurgaon’s ultra-luxury residential market.
Located in Gurgaon’s Golf Course Road micro market, The Magnolias remains one of the most sought-after luxury residential developments in Delhi-NCR. The property has attracted senior corporate executives, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals.
