Report Maker & Checker – Real Estate Valuation

Job Description

We are looking for a Report Maker & Checker for Real Estate Valuation work in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, drafting, checking, and finalizing valuation reports as per company standards, bank formats, and applicable guidelines.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Drafting and preparing Real Estate Valuation Reports for residential, commercial, and industrial properties
• Checking valuation reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with bank/NBFC and regulatory formats
• Verifying property details such as location, area statements, plans, and ownership documents
• Coordinating with site engineers/valuers for clarifications and corrections
• Ensuring timely submission of reports within defined TAT
• Maintaining proper documentation and record management
• Updating reports based on client, bank, or internal feedback

Skills Required

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate valuation report preparation and checking
• Strong knowledge of valuation formats, bank guidelines, and basic property laws
• Proficiency in drafting professional reports
• Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PDF tools
• Attention to detail and ability to identify errors or discrepancies
• Familiarity with properties in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region
• Good communication and coordination skills
