Field Engineer – Real Estate Valuation

Job Description

TrueAssets Matrix is seeking energetic and detail-oriented Field Engineers to support our Real Estate Valuation team. The role involves conducting property inspections, collecting accurate field data, gathering market intelligence, and assisting analysts in preparing valuation reports. You will visit various property types across MMR and ensure timely, reliable, and well-documented inputs for each valuation assignment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

On-Site Property Inspections

• Conduct site inspections for residential, commercial, and land properties.
• Verify measurements, capture photographs, and review basic property documents.
• Record on-ground observations related to building condition and locality.

Market Intelligence & Data Collection

• Gather property rates and trends from brokers, developers, and local sources.
• Track micro-market developments and maintain updated market benchmarks.

Coordination & Reporting

• Share inspection data, photos, and measurements with valuation analysts.
• Assist in drafting key sections of valuation reports.
• Maintain timely updates on assigned field tasks.

Client & Stakeholder Interaction

• Coordinate with property owners, society managers, and site teams for inspections.
• Represent TrueAssets Matrix professionally during all on-site visits.

Operational Excellence

• Adhere to timelines and ensure accuracy in all field data.
• Update internal systems with daily site visit details.

Skills Required

• Basic understanding of construction and property elements.
• Strong observation and field data collection skills.
• Ability to travel across parts of MMR and manage daily site schedules.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in mobile apps, maps, and MS Office tools.
• Self-motivated and disciplined with strong time-management abilities.
