Data Quality Lead

Job Description

Experienced in driving Master Data Management and data governance initiatives, ensuring high data quality, compliance, and alignment with business objectives through robust standards, tools, and cross-functional collaboration.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Develop, implement, and manage Master Data Management (MDM) strategies and initiatives to ensure consistent and accurate data across the organization.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies, procedures, and standards to maintain data integrity and quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data quality standards, guidelines, and metrics, and implement data quality improvements.
• Design and implement data quality assessment and profiling processes, resolving data issues and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead efforts to identify, analyse, and resolve data quality issues within various data sources and systems.
• Monitor and audit data quality, conducting regular quality checks and assessments to ensure adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data quality and governance initiatives with business objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams in understanding and adhering to data governance and quality standards.
• Evaluate, select, and implement data quality tools and technologies to support data governance initiatives.

Skills Required

• 4 - 6 years of relevant data quality experience.
• Real Estate experience of at least 1 year.
• Proven background in data quality management and data stewardship.
• Professional level of Excel and good SQL (combination of these will be an advantage).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to details with a systematic and methodical approach to your work.
