Associate Consultant - Research & Advisory Wing

Job Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Consultant based in Delhi, India. The individual will engage in day-to-day tasks such as analysing real estate data, developing reports, providing strategic advice to clients, managing projects, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Other responsibilities include client interaction, preparing presentations, and using proprietary tools for data interpretation and decision-making support.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Conceptualising and writing research & consultancy proposals and presentations to clients
• Responsible for undertaking customised projects and servicing clients on a day-to-day basis
• Managing and mobilising field teams
• Analysis of data and generating insights
• Content analysis and report writing
• Monitoring timely completion and performing quality checks
• Briefing and training field staff
• Following up with clients for timely payment collection

Skills Required

• Excellent PowerPoint and MS Excel skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Good interpersonal skills to coordinate with various functions
• Ability to handle multiple projects at a time and multitask effectively
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in creating reports and presentations
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills are a must
• Analytical skills, experience with real estate data analysis, and proficiency in data processing techniques
• Project management, client interaction, and collaboration skills
• Ability to use proprietary tools for data interpretation and decision support
• Master's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
