Connecting clients on daily basis and briefing them about the properties ensuring their requirements are fulfilled

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Connecting clients on daily basis and briefing them about the properties ensuring their requirements are fulfilled
• Constant follow-ups on prospective leads and inviting clientele for the Site Visits
• Building client relationships, briefing them about our various projects along with arrangements of site visits
• Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts
• Visit sites as per the plan set with clients and assist them throughout the site ensuring all specifications/amenities etc. are briefed properly
• Revenue Generation aligned with the achievement of monthly targets
• Providing proper feedback on leads assigned
• Follow-up for Payments/dues
