This report deep dives into the analysis of housing units sold and the average value of housing units in H1 CY’23. This report highlights Pune selling an all-time high 45,162 primary housing units in the period Jan-23 to Jun-23 when compared to the approximate 32,250 housing units sold in the period Jan-19 to Jun-19, the pre-COVID era.
