Real Estate Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a Real Estate Analyst to support data-driven decision-making through accurate data management and market analysis. The role involves cleaning and maintaining real estate data, fulfilling client-specific data requirements, and assisting in client-facing product demonstrations

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Clean, validate, and maintain the integrity of real estate data
• Analyze real estate market trends and support research initiatives
• Fulfill client data requests accurately and within timelines
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for clients
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain data-driven insights to clients
• Support due diligence and basic real estate analysis activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and usability

Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in Real Estate
• Strong analytical and data-handling skills
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools
• Good communication and presentation skills
