Anurang Jain, the managing director of auto component leader Endurance Technologies, has purchased a 1,350 square-yard bungalow on Kautilya Marg, New Delhi. The deal was finalized for a substantial sum of \u20b9130 crore, according to documents accessed by CRE Matrix<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jain paid a stamp duty of \u20b98.32 crore to acquire the property, making it one of the costliest real estate transactions in New Delhi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, several \u20b9100 crore-plus property deals have closed in New Delhi. The increasing demand for prime properties, coupled with limited supply, has driven up prices and attracted significant investments from high-net-worth individuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
