The sale deed was signed on September 27 under Aamor Inox Limited’s name. Based on the evidence, the corporation had to pay a stamp duty of Rs 6.12 crore for the transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The farmland is located in the Malikpur Kohi, or Rangpuri, hamlet of South Delhi. Neither the buyer nor the vendor immediately replied to queries from Moneycontrol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
