The 36-month lease started on July 1, 2026, and will continue until June 30, 2029.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The monthly rent is \u20b92.5 lakh for the first year. It will increase by 5% annually to \u20b92.625 lakh per month in the second year. This amount will further increase to \u20b92.756 lakh per month in the third year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result, the agreement provides for total rental payments of approximately \u20b994.58 lakh over three years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The tenant has also paid an interest-free refundable security deposit of \u20b97.5 lakh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>What are the lease termination terms?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The agreement includes a 12-month lock-in period.
