This includes around 2,026 sq ft of carpet area and nearly 128 sq ft of exclusive balcony and terrace space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She paid \u20b914.9 crore for the apartment. The transaction also involved stamp duty of \u20b974.48 lakh. In addition, the apartment comes with three covered basement parking spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One-Stop Business Services LLP sold the apartment, while Godrej Properties is the developer of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The agreement states that possession is scheduled on or before June 30, 2031. Therefore, the purchase relates to an under-construction development.
