Bengaluru recorded the highest sales value, followed by NCR and MMR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Together, these three markets accounted for more than 65% of the total sales value across the markets covered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Bengaluru Leads \u20b92\u20135 Crore Home Sales at \u20b931,216 Crore<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bengaluru recorded the highest sales value in the \u20b92\u20135 crore housing segment at \u20b931,216 crore in H1 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The market recorded 11,556 units sold, making it the largest contributor to sales value among the markets covered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bengaluru\u2019s strong contribution highlights the depth of demand for homes in the \u20b92\u20135 crore price bracket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>NCR Records \u20b927,125 Crore in Sales<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>NCR followed Bengaluru with \u20b927,125 crore worth of homes sold during H1 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The market recorded 8,778 units sold in the \u20b92\u20135 crore segment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With its sizeable sales value and transaction volume, NCR remained one of the key contributors to residential sales in this price range.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>MMR Records \u20b921,952 Crore in Home Sales<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>MMR recorded \u20b921,952 crore in sales across 7,480 units in the \u20b92\u20135 crore segment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The market ranked among the top three by sales value, contributing significantly to the overall residential demand captured in the data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Together, Bengaluru, NCR, and MMR generated \u20b980,293 crore in sales, accounting for around 69% of the total sales value across the markets covered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Hyderabad and Ahmedabad Add to the Sales Value<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hyderabad recorded \u20b918,948 crore in sales across 6,424 units. Ahmedabad followed with \u20b96,172 crore from 2,118 units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pune recorded \u20b95,507 crore in sales, with 2,027 units sold during the period.
