Tata AIA Life Insurance Company Limited has leased 98,671.09 sq ft of office space in Thane, near Mumbai, for a lease tenure of nearly 10 years. According to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix<\/a>, the company will pay a total rent of \u20b991 crore for the commercial premises at Centaurus, Hiranandani Estate, on Ghodbunder Road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tata AIA has leased the office premises for nine years and 11 months, with the lease commencing on March 1, 2026. The property is located on the 15th floor of Centaurus at Hiranandani Estate and comes with 100 car parking spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The agreement also provides for a 5% annual escalation in rent. Based on the registered monthly rent and the stated escalation structure, the total base rent over the 119-month lease period would be approximately \u20b9100.23 crore if the escalation applies annually throughout the tenure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
