According to property registration documents accessed by <\/strong>CRE Matrix<\/a>, the lease carries an estimated total rent of \u20b937.03 crore over the rental tenure. The transaction highlights the continued demand for large-format logistics facilities in Bengaluru\u2019s emerging warehousing corridors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The property has been leased from Saviraj Logistics and is located in a commercial building in Ekarajapura village, Hoskote Taluk, Bengaluru Rural district.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under the registered lease agreement, DHL Supply Chain India will pay a monthly rent of \u20b956.4 lakh for the 2.4 lakh sq ft chargeable area. This translates to a starting rental of \u20b923.50 per sq ft per month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The transaction also includes a security deposit of \u20b92.25 crore. Furthermore, the monthly rent includes common area maintenance (CAM) charges, as specified in the lease agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lease agreement was registered on July 10, 2026. The lease commenced on August 1, 2026, while the rent commencement date is November 1, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The facility is located at Billanakote Village, Sompura Hobli, Nelamangala Taluk, and carries a nine-year lease term. The agreement also provides for a two-month, 15-day rent-free period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
