According to the registration documents, the property has a carpet area of 258.33 sq ft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Singular Health Private Limited is listed as the seller, while the purchaser is recorded as Sonu Agamkumar Nigam, the singer\u2019s full name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nigam paid a total consideration of \u20b91 crore for the commercial property. In addition, the transaction attracted \u20b96 lakh in stamp duty and a registration fee of \u20b930,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result, the total disclosed transaction cost, including stamp duty and registration, stood at \u20b91.063 crore.
