This indicates the long-term value creation in one of Mumbai&#8217;s most sought-after residential neighborhoods.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Transaction Details<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The apartment is located on a lower floor of Iris Park, part of The Deep Varsha Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. The residential complex is situated on Military Road within the prestigious Juhu Vile Parle Development (JVPD) Scheme. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The apartment offers a carpet area of 774 sq ft. Notably, the couple sold the stilt parking space attached to the apartment separately to another homebuyer on December 15, 2025, according to CRE Matrix<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The transaction was officially registered on July 3, 2026.
