According to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix<\/a>, the transaction involves a residential unit in Krishna 2 (Ekta House) located on N.S. Road No. 7, Juhu Scheme. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The leave-and-licence agreement was registered on July 28, 2026. The deal further reflects the sustained demand for premium residential properties in one of Mumbai’s most sought-after neighbourhoods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
