The land parcel measures 5,785.78 sq m, or approximately 1.43 acres. CIDCO has allocated the land parcel for mixed-use development, allowing residential and commercial construction on the site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today Royal Developers paid a one-time lease premium of \u20b9177.05 crore for the plot. Additionally, the annual lease rent has been fixed at \u20b9100.
