The actor purchased the largest 10.8-acre parcel for \u20b97.08 crore. He also bought a 7.4-acre parcel for \u20b94.62 crore, a 5.3-acre parcel for \u20b93.32 crore, and a 2.2-acre parcel for nearly \u20b91.40 crore.
