The deal strengthens Avenue Supermarts’ long-standing preference for owning strategically located retail properties instead of leasing them. According to property registration documents reviewed by CRE Matrix<\/a>, the transaction was registered on June 30, 2026. This highlights yet another significant investment in the company’s expanding real estate portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The acquisition includes the ground, first, second, and third floors, along with the upper basement parking, in Building No. 6 at Kolshet, Thane, purchased from Regency Shelters LLP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
