The company signed two separate lease agreements with a combined value of approximately \u20b9121 crore for a five-year term. Bengaluru has once again emerged as a top choice for multinational corporations expanding their operations in India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>What Does Nike&#8217;s Latest Bengaluru Expansion Include?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nike India has secured approximately 1,25,639 sq ft of office space across two buildings within Bagmane Tech Park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the first transaction, the company leased 48,639 sq ft on the third floor of the Olympia Building. The lease commenced on January 15, 2026, with rent payments scheduled to begin from May 15, 2026. Nike agreed to an initial monthly rent of \u20b980.25 lakh and paid a security deposit of \u20b94.81 crore. The agreement also includes 55 paid parking spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The lease carries a rental rate of \u20b9165 per sq ft per month. Additionally, it includes a 15% rent escalation after every three years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Details of Nike&#8217;s Second Lease Agreement<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nike further expanded its presence by leasing an additional 77,000 sq ft at Bagmane Tridib.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The leased area comprises 39,000 sq ft on the sixth floor and 38,000 sq ft on the seventh floor. The company will pay a combined starting monthly rent of \u20b91.27 crore.
