The property was purchased from Repro India Limited, a Mumbai-based publishing industry services company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The transaction was registered on May 22, 2026, with STT Global Data Centres paying a stamp duty of \u20b92.55 crore. The asset is located within the TTC Industrial Area, MIDC, Village Khairane, Navi Mumbai.
