The property changed hands for \u20b95.75 crore and attracted a stamp duty payment of \u20b928.75 lakh. Additionally, the transaction includes two dedicated car parking spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, the second apartment on the same floor measures 252 sq ft and was sold for \u20b91.35 crore. The buyer paid a stamp duty of \u20b96.75 lakh, and the deal includes one car parking space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>How Much Appreciation Did the Properties Generate?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The transactions reflect significant capital appreciation over the holding period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Akshay Kumar originally acquired the larger apartment from Incline Realty Pvt Ltd in November 2017 for \u20b93 crore. He purchased the smaller unit during the same period for \u20b967.55 lakh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By selling the two properties for a combined \u20b97.1 crore, the actor appears to have realized substantial gains on his original investment.
