The rise in land transactions also reflects growing confidence in Mumbai\u2019s premium and luxury housing segments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Mumbai Continues to Dominate Land Transaction Value<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mumbai city accounted for the highest transaction value in MMR. Deals worth nearly \u20b97,956 crore have been closed so far this year. Large developers and institutional investors have focused on acquiring prime land parcels within city limits.
