According to documents accessed by CRE Matrix<\/a>, the transaction highlighted rising demand for luxury residential assets in the capital. South Delhi remains one of India\u2019s most preferred luxury housing markets. Limited fresh supply and strong redevelopment activity continue supporting premium property prices. Peyush Bansal acquired the basement and ground floor of an 813-square-yard property in Neeti Bagh. The total transaction value stood at nearly \u20b918 crore. Buyers also paid around \u20b91.08 crore as stamp duty and corporation taxes. The transaction was completed in 2023. Premium redevelopment opportunities continue attracting wealthy buyers across South Delhi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to market sources, a South Delhi-based builder acquired the remaining three floors and terrace rights through separate transactions. The builder may redevelop the property and sell the floors individually. Reports also stated that one-third of the redeveloped property was already sold to Bansal. Redevelopment-led transactions therefore continue increasing across South Delhi\u2019s luxury housing market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
