Buyers paid a total stamp duty of approximately \u20b95.7 lakh for the deals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>What Do the Latest Karjat Land Transactions Include?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The recent deals involve five separate but adjoining land parcels located in Savele village in Karjat. One land parcel measuring 0.21 hectares was purchased by a group of four individuals for \u20b920 lakh. Another adjoining 0.215-hectare plot was acquired by two homebuyers for \u20b920 lakh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a separate transaction, an individual buyer purchased a 0.225-hectare parcel for \u20b920 lakh. Meanwhile, another group of two individuals bought a 0.20-hectare land parcel for \u20b917 lakh. Another individual acquired a 0.217-hectare plot for \u20b918 lakh, according to the registration documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Sonu Nigam\u2019s Earlier Karjat Deals<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In April 2026, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crematrix.com\/blog\/sonu-nigam-sells-land-parcels-in-karjat-for-%E2%82%B91-95-crore\/\">Sonu Nigam sold multiple land parcels in Karjat totalling more than 1.9 hectares for \u20b91.95 crore<\/a>. The April transactions were executed through four separate deals involving different buyers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One 0.405-hectare parcel sold for \u20b950 lakh, while a 0.718-hectare plot changed hands for \u20b975 lakh. Another 0.607-hectare parcel fetched \u20b950 lakh, and a smaller 0.208-hectare plot sold for \u20b920 lakh. All four transactions were registered on April 7, 2026.
