According to property registration documents accessed through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crematrix.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CRE Matrix<\/a>, the transactions were finalized in April 2026 in an under-construction commercial project named Signature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The acquisitions highlight the continued interest of high-net-worth individuals and celebrities in Mumbai\u2019s commercial real estate market, especially in premium office locations across the western suburbs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Five Office Units Spread Across Two Floors<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The office properties are located in Oshiwara, Andheri West, within the Signature commercial tower developed by Veer Savarkar Projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Out of the five office units, three are on the 16th floor. Together, these properties offer a built-up area of approximately 8,404 sq ft. Meanwhile, the remaining two offices are located on the 17th floor and span nearly 4,893 sq ft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Overall, the five office properties together cover around 13,293 sq ft of built-up area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Premium Commercial Investment With Parking Access<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Along with the office spaces, the transaction also includes exclusive access to 14 car parking slots within the commercial tower. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Devgn paid a stamp duty exceeding \u20b92.7 crore for the two transactions. The deals were officially registered on April 18 and April 19, according to the documents reviewed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Bollywood Celebrities Continue Investing in Real Estate<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Real estate continues to remain one of the preferred investment avenues for Bollywood celebrities and high-net-worth individuals. As a result, many actors and film personalities have steadily expanded their property portfolios across both residential and commercial segments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Several celebrities, including Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Shilpa Shetty, Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, have made notable real estate investments over the years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In recent quarters, Ranveer Singh, Hrithik Roshan, Rani Mukerji, Alia Bhatt, Disha Patani, and Janhvi Kapoor have also purchased several luxury residential properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Ajay Devgn\u2019s Previous Real Estate Purchase<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This is not Devgn\u2019s first major property acquisition in Mumbai. In late 2020, the actor purchased a bungalow spread across nearly 5,100 sq ft in Juhu for around \u20b947.5 crore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reports at the time stated that he had also availed a loan of approximately \u20b918.75 crore for the transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Mumbai\u2019s Property Market Maintains Strong Momentum<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mumbai continues to remain India\u2019s most active and expensive real estate market.
