India\u2019s commercial real estate sector continues to attract large occupiers, with global consulting major Deloitte expanding its footprint in Pune. According to documents accessed through CRE Matrix<\/a>, Deloitte Consulting India has leased approximately 1.56 lakh sq. ft. of office space at International Tech Park Pune, reinforcing the city\u2019s growing prominence as a commercial hub.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deloitte Consulting India has secured nearly 1.56 lakh sq. ft. of office space across two floors at International Tech Park in Pune\u2019s Kharadi locality under a 10-year lease agreement. The company has leased approximately 77,969 sq. ft. on each floor, with rentals ranging between \u20b979 and \u20b980 per sq. ft. per month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Based on the agreed rental structure and escalation clauses, the total lease commitment is estimated at nearly \u20b9176 crore over the tenure. The agreement also includes a three-year lock-in period and a rental escalation of 15% every three years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the base rent, Deloitte will pay maintenance charges for the leased area and has deposited \u20b97.44 crore as security. The company has also secured exclusive access to 156 parking spaces as part of the transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
