The transaction involves a 12-acre land parcel located in the Thane district. It is a structured joint development agreement between the developer and the landowners. As part of the arrangement, the developer has agreed to pay \u20b920 crore to the landowners. Significantly, this will be in the form of a refundable and interest-free security deposit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, the total stamp duty for the transaction stands at \u20b95.8 crore. The amount will be shared between the developer and the landowners in a ratio of 79 percent and 21 percent, respectively.
