Earlier this month, they bought two luxury apartments in Worli for nearly \u20b960 crore, according to registration records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Deal Details<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The newly acquired apartment is located in the Vaayu building on Sarojini Road. The seller for the transaction is Aum Developers Realty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The apartment is on a higher floor and offers a carpet area of 2,601 sq ft, plus a 299 sq ft balcony. This brings the total usable space to approximately 2,900 sq ft, making it a spacious, premium residence in one of the city\u2019s established suburban pockets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The deal was officially registered on April 24, 2026. The buyers paid a stamp duty of \u20b91.25 crore as part of the transaction. The purchase also includes three dedicated car parking spaces, which add significant value in a dense urban market like Mumbai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Redevelopment Project in a Prime Suburban Neighbourhood<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is a redevelopment of the Sukhada building.
