The transactions highlight increasing activity in peripheral land markets around Mumbai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Four Transactions Across Savele Village<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The land parcels are located in Savele village in Karjat taluka of Raigad district. They were sold through four separate transactions to multiple buyers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>0.405 hectares sold for \u20b950 lakh<\/li><li>0.718 hectares sold for \u20b975 lakh<\/li><li>0.607 hectares sold for \u20b950 lakh<\/li><li>0.208 hectares sold for \u20b920 lakh<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All four transactions were registered on April 7, 2026, with buyers paying a total stamp duty of \u20b911.70 lakh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>Karjat\u2019s Rising Importance in Mumbai 3.0 Vision<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Karjat, a scenic hill station in Maharashtra\u2019s Raigad district, is steadily emerging as a key node in the Mumbai 3.0 (Third Mumbai) development vision.
